We have pushed a patch for this and everything should be working smoothly again. This was a result of some rogue security patches that became too restrictive for playwright.

We successfully reset this region with our upstream provider and things should be operation smoothly.

This was resolved -- the intermittent issues were as a result of our NATs streams being backed up.
