Services were being throttled in this region and we've scaled up our capacity for now. We will continue to monitor the situation.

This has been finally resolved by our upstream provider. We will be migrating some core infra to more reliable providers (as we've been doing the last little while) to mitigate this in the future.

This was a result of some upstream issues again and we were able to get things back up just recently -- most people will have been auto-redirected unless iad was explicitly passed in. Will be a lot faster on this going forward for the people manually selecting regions.

This was resolved by fixing root connectivity issues from an upstream update that happened earlier today.

This has been resolved by Cloudflare and our auth provider is back online.

We've migrated to a backup + our main cluster has also been booted back up. Appreciate the patience here -- we'll be actively working on making sure this never happens again.

We have pushed up some further mitigations and are working with our infra provider to ensure a complete resolution to this problem. We will be posting some more updates here when that is in place.

We've pushed a fix here and have been monitoring it for the last 20 minutes or so -- it seems like traffic is properly routing for now. We'll share any additional updates here.

We have patched the majority of the issues here. There are still lingering network related issues here (especially networks where NAT traversal is limited).
